Within the Canada Games box office, we are limited to what we can sell, and I've noticed an increasing amount of people inquiring about either day passes or event passes. A normal conversation with one of these people goes something like this:
Isaac -"Bonjour, Canada Games ticket sales, my name is Isaac, how can I help you?"
Customer - "Hi Isaac, I'm interested in getting a day pass for Baseball on Wednesday the 18th..."
Isaac - "Sorry sir, but unfortunately we only sell weekly passes, medal round passes, and Opening and Closing Ceremony seats. But you can purchase a day pass on the 18th, or even a event pass on the day of if you just want to watch one game."
Customer - "So...I can get a week pass for Baseball?"
Isaac - "No...you can get a week pass for all preliminary events taking place that week though..."
Customer - "Can I get a day pass in advance?"
Isaac - "No, you can get them on the day of."
Customer - "Okay, thanks!"
Isaac - "Have a good day sir..."
