Things accomplished by Tamara and Allison:
1. Bitching out (politely) the Canada Games organizers for not knowing anything.
2. Coming up with innovative and helpful ideas that probably won't get used such as:
a) Having litterature to give to people in person instead of having to refer them to the website when they are standing right in front of us.
b) Sending mail-outs that won't reach patrons on time to their PEI accomodations so that they are waiting there for them instead of having to pick them up at Credit Union Place which is going to be a complete gong show.
3. Dealing with A QUEUE! (I know, we were surprised too)
4. Booking an order that contained two 2 Week passes and tickets for every single Medal Round Event (these people don't mess around!).
5. Doing up mail-outs.
6. Sorting mail-outs into two piles: one for the tickets which MIGHT get there on time, and the second for mail-outs that have absolutely no hope!
7. Allison found one hair on her head that is about 2 inches longer than the rest. Tamara compared to finding a four-leafed clover in a field of wildflowers.
